THE 12 FRONT MU POINTS (ALARM POINTS) ARE ALL LOCATED OVER THEIR ASSOCIATD ORGAN, AND ARE USED WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS IN THE INTERNAL ORGAN ITSELF;

Lu - Zhongfu (Lu1) - indicated for all disharmonies of the Lu.
LI - Tianshu (St25) - indicated for all disharmonies of the LI and point of choice for diarrhea.
St - Zhongwan (Ren12) - indicated for all disharmonies of the St and one of the main points to treat collape of Yang (loss of consciousness). As the Hui-meeting point of the Fu organs has a strong effect on harmonizing all these organs.
Sp - Zhangmen (Li13) - indicated for all disharmonies of the Sp and especially useful for harmonizing the Sp and Liv. A the Hui-Meeting point of the Zang organs, has a pronounced effect on harmonizing all these organs.
Ht - Juque (Ren14) - Indicated for disharmonies of the Ht.
SI - Guanyuan (Ren4) - indicated for disharmonies of the Small Intestine and especially useful for fortifying the Kid and strengthening Yuan Qi.
UB - Zhongji - (Ren3) - indicated for all disharmonies of the UB.
Kid - Jingmen (GB25) - indicated specifically for harmonizing Qi in the body, specifically, Yuan or original Qi housed in the Kid, and Jing or nutrient Qi produced in the Sp.
Pc - Shanzhong (Ren17) - indicated for disharmonies of the PC, unbinds the chest, and as the Hui-Meeting Point of Qi, indicated for pain and discomfort due to stagnation of Qi in the whole body.
SJ - Shimen (Ren5) - indicated for all disharmonies of water passage in the body.
GB - Riyue (GB24) - indicated for disharmonies of the GB.
Liv - Qimen (Li14) - indicated for disharmonies of the Li.

Teach your brain to stretch time using Tai Chi

MIKE HALL has taught himself to stretch time. He uses his powers to make him a better squash player. "It's hard to describe, but it's a feeling of stillness, like I'm not trapped in sequential time any more," he says. "The ball still darts around, but it moves around the court at different speeds depending on the circumstances. It's like I've stepped out of linear time."

Hall, a sports coach from Edinburgh, UK, is talking about a state of mind known as "the zone". He puts his abilities down to 12 years of studying the martial art t'ai chi, and now makes a living teaching other sportspeople how to "go faster by going slower".
